Community Engagement: Continuing to raise overall awareness of client Capital One’s approach to “Investing for Good,” creating a moment-in-time ribbon cutting event celebrating a community clinic opening. Event created media opportunity and also provided opportunity to showcase Capital One’s investment of time, resources and expertise to help the community thrive.
Multifamily Opening: Organized multifamily grand opening, including creating unique concept of using crossing arm to officially open property because project was categorized as transit-oriented development (TOD). Utilized event to reinforce external messaging of company as a leading multifamily developer with successful track record in multiple geographies.
Press Conference: Created timely news hook for media, capitalizing on City of Dallas proclamation event to build interest in news of 75th anniversary of the Arlington Hall at Turtle Creek Park. Press conference built awareness and attendance during a series of week-long activities meant to engage the community.
Video creation: Scripted, edited and interviewed high-ranking public officials for video series used by client Collin County Business Alliance. Video was used as communication channel to further organization’s mission of engaging business leaders and fostering collaboration with stakeholders to drive regional impact in key areas such as workforce development, civic engagement, mobility and water.
